WHERE DO I FIND IMCONFERENCING ON MY COMPUTER AFTER I DOWNLOAD IT?
Once you have downloaded IMConferencing to your PC:
Go to Start Menu>Programs>LiveOffice>IMC Messenger
Click the Sign-In link and enter your IMC username and password
HOW DO I SIGN-IN TO IMC MESSENGER?
Open IMC Messenger
Select Sign-In
Enter your username and password
Select OK
WHERE DOES MY IMC MESSENGER GO WHEN I MINIMIZE IT?
IMC Messenger will minimize to your system tray. You will find IMC in the bottom right corner of your screen.
To add a new contact:
Open your IMC instant messenger and sign-in
Click
the Add Contact image 
Search the IMC Directory for your contact by email or last name and click Next
Highlight your contact's Nickname and click Next
Choose the privileges or "rights" of your contact and click Finish
Your contact will be added to your instant messenger
*Your contact will be notified through IMC that they have been added and to reciprocate the action, allowing you to instant message with one another.
HOW DO I DELETE A CONTACT OR GROUP?
To delete a contact from your instant messenger:
Right-click on the contact you wish to delete
Select Delete Contact
IMC will ask if you would like to leave this contact on your "White List"
Check the box only if you would like the person to maintain contact rights
Select Yes to delete the contact
*The White List gives you the ability to delete a contact from your instant messenger but maintain contact rights. Contact rights can include: View your: online status, local phone number,cell phone number, send you emails
To delete a contact group:
*Before a group can be deleted, the group must not have any IMC contacts.
Right-click on the group you wish to delete and select Delete Group
HOW CAN OTHER CONTACTS REGISTER FOR IMCONFERENCING IM?
To register as an IMConferencing instant messaging user:
Go to http://meetings.liveoffice.com
Click the Register link in the left navigation
Fill
in all required information fields then 
You will receive an email confirmation including your username and password
(*Note: it is very important to keep track of your IMC password)

Status is your availability for communication with contacts and colleagues. The presence feature will identify the best available way to contact someone through email, instant messenger, web pages and telephone.
HOW CAN I HAVE LAUNCH AN IMC MEETING FROM AN INSTANT MESSAGE CHAT?
If you have an IMC account and you have initiated
the instant message chat, you are able to click 
in the
top left corner of your chat window. This will open a full IMC web conference.
IMConferencing's contact list is unlimited.
