Starting Active Integration

Allows you to use IMConferencing with Internet Explorer and other messenger services.

Starting Active Integration

Click on the Start button > All Programs > Liveoffice > ActiveIntegration.

To verify if the services are running, you should see the Active Integration icon in the system tray

Internet Explorer

Active Integration is displayed as an available toolbar. To view the Active Integration menu, launch the toolbar to view the features.

Instant Messenger

Active Integration will display in a new message window, where you can launch any services.

Active Integration Menu

The Active Integration Menu allows you to:

Start Meeting – Invite participants through
your IM messenger or IE
Schedule Meeting
Your meeting information is displayed in

the Active Integration window, including,
MeetingID, Conference, bridge and pin
numbers
Tell-A-Friend - refer a friend to use our
services
My LiveOffice Account – access your account
LiveOffice Settings – choose which of the

listed IM messengers to integrate into.

Stopping Active Integration

Right click on the Active Integration icon , within the system tray, and click on exit
